Remote Client Call & Case Support Assistant Eastern Standard Time. 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Answering inbound but mostly outbound calls. This is not an hourly position. This is a position to answer and return calls during the above time period. Sometimes the calls are busy other times they are slow. Must have a positive attitude and follow instructions. The pay is $65 per week Monday through Saturday. We are seeking a dependable remote assistant with excellent spoken English and clear enunciation to communicate with clients by phone and help keep their cases moving forward. This role is ideal for someone with a calm, professional phone presence who can guide clients through next steps and ensure required paperwork is completed on time. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing clients, speaking slowly, clearly, and with strong English enunciation so clients feel comfortable sharing sensitive information. Accurately record call notes in the CRM and schedule follow-up calls as required. Complete all scheduled follow-up calls on time, including reminders, information collection, and signature coordination. Gather required client information and organize it for case preparation. Prepare draft legal forms and documents using provided templates only, for review. What Success Looks Like: Call logs are complete and up to date at the end of each shift. Draft documents are prepared ahead of deadlines. Clients feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the process. Position Details: Fully remote position Pay: $65 per week Payment is issued either weekly or monthly.
