Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing clients, speaking slowly, clearly, and with strong English enunciation so clients feel comfortable sharing sensitive information. Accurately record call notes in the CRM and schedule follow-up calls as required. Complete all scheduled follow-up calls on time, including reminders, information collection, and signature coordination. Gather required client information and organize it for case preparation. Prepare draft legal forms and documents using provided templates only, for review. What Success Looks Like: Call logs are complete and up to date at the end of each shift. Draft documents are prepared ahead of deadlines. Clients feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the process.
