We are an online grocery aggregator based in United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a person who can track any online orders placed on our Ecommerce app, and to ensure that the order is responded to by our Vendors (Groceries and Supermarkets), by calling them and informing them of the order if necessary.
Also the freelancer will serve as the customer support and recieve calls from our users and vendors in case of any difficulties.
The freelancer will be required to work 6pm IST to 4am IST.
The person should be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in Malayalam will be a plus point as well.
