Autotranslate articles with Google Translator and proofread

Hi,
I am currently searching for somebody that translates my german wordpress articles to english with Google Translator. But there are some more tasks needed:
- HTML structure must maintain (h2, etc): Alt-attributes have to be translated as well
- some shortcodes of plugins have to be replaced (by reflinks)
- inner site links have to be customized (if translated english article is available)
- maybe smalle translation fixes.
- proof reading (does it make sense, native speaker preferred)
I will write a detailed guide of what to do exactly. I have about 70-100 technical articles that have to be translated (each with 500 to 1500 german words).
I have started to do it by my own and it took about 30 to 45 minutes per article for me.
