ERC20 Token with staking capability

Need to develop a erc20 token to integrate with an ecommerce site.
Ecom site is already done.
Note : I am a tech guy have created an erc20 token before, so talk to me like an adult.
ERC 20 token features
need to create a wallet for every new user sign up
All tokens will be transferred between the company wallet and user wallet. I dont want to pay the GAS fee for every user sign up.
I will be deploying this token on UNISWAP and similar dex platforms. Only when user wants to take the token out of my environment gas fees are applicable.
When user wallet is created, there should be a transaction password. This password should be able to recover by the user
Need to develop a one page website for users to know about the token, just like any other IDO website.
Need to be mobile friendly and the wallet should be accessible through mobile apps. Mobile apps are already developed, just need to integrate the token part in the ecomm mobile apps.
