I will be in need of reliable on-site support at the EV Asia Expo in Gandhinagar, India . An electric-vehicle & two-wheeler exhibition running 25-27 February 2026. The assignment itself fits comfortably into a single show day and centres on gathering every piece of promotional material you can find across the entire venue—flyers, brochures, spare-parts, battery, catalogues, and especially business cards, which I must have in complete coverage. While moving through the halls, photograph each relevant booth, vehicle and product display so I have a clear visual reference when I review the paperwork later. When the day ends, sort everything twice: hand me the physical stack in neat order and also deliver a digital folder of photographs.
