Celebration of Life Service

I'm organizing a celebration of life event for a loved one and need assistance with room set-up, AV set-up, flowers, candle memorial, hero image photo production (1 image), light refreshments at an indoor venue in Galena Park on Saturday, June 6 from 2-4 pm. Key requirements: - Create a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful decorations for celebration of life of my Mother - Manage setup and breakdown of all event elements. - coordinate floral choices w local, professional florist - Coordinate light refreshment service - beverages, light bites - Produce hero image locally from provided image / creativity on stand and inclusion with candle memorial and floral arrangements - Local access to Galena Park, TX Ideal skills and experience: - strong communication, budgeting skills to work with remote client based in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX based minister - we have outlined service already - Event planning experience beyond weddings - specifically celebration of life - Strong organizational skills - Experience with food / beverage (light refreshments) - Attention to detail w decor per client direction and own personal creativity - zinnia, poppy, bluebell flower seed packet rembrance (possibly tbd)
