While I won’t be available for on-site coordination on the event day, I can handle the complete planning and coordination leading up to the event through calls, WhatsApp and email. I can help with venue research and negotiation, vendor sourcing, quotations, timelines, follow-ups, event schedules and a detailed run-of-show, ensuring everything is properly organized before the event date. I’ll also coordinate closely with the venue and vendors so they have clear instructions and responsibilities for the event day.
