Your sole focus is admission marketing, and the strategy that works best for us is organising local events and workshops that pull in prospects and turn them into enrolled students. What you’ll actually do Plan, promote and host community-level seminars, demo classes and career-guidance workshops in and around Tiruvannamalai. This includes scouting venues (schools, community halls, public spaces), arranging branding material, inviting attendees through door-to-door outreach, WhatsApp groups and local associations, running the sessions, collecting leads on the spot and following up until each lead either converts or clearly opts out. Light digital support—posting event updates on Facebook or Instagram, capturing leads with Google Forms and feeding a simple CRM like Zoho or HubSpot—will keep the funnel visible, but the real traction must come from face-to-face engagement. Key deliverables • Weekly event calendar with target footfall • Post-event report detailing attendance, enquiries and conversions • Lead database updated daily • End-of-month admission summary plus next-step recommendations Acceptance criteria Hitting at least 30 qualified leads per week and 10 paid admissions per month, evidenced by signed application forms and fee receipts. You must already live in Tiruvannamalai or be able to commute daily, communicate fluently in Tamil, and be willing to work two weekends a month when most workshops run.
