needs to be formatted for access forms, labels, MS word list, outlook business card, including exporting.
1. create & configure form to allow data entry in Access.
2. produce mailing labels from Access.
3. configure an MS word document from access export.
create templates for lists, forms (with the option of adding fields), letters & labels.
the current list some contacts have postal address & some only have street address. the label needs to be able to choose the correct address.
the list needs to be able to be update from a single source access.
some information has been duplicated. this needs to be fixed.
