Check Accessibility Related Error

Job Description:
I have a large file containing personnel information. One of the worksheet titled Summary. On that worksheet I have created an error that I have never seen before. I stripped the file of all worksheets except Summary for the purpose of protecting the personnel information. The error still exits so I feel comfortable to attach the stripped version of the file.
The error pertains to something called Check Accessibility. To see the error select the Review option and then select the top portion of the Check Accessibility and the error will appear on the right side. The error talks about Missing Alternative Texts (1000+). By hitting the Missing Alternative Text the error appears. It talks about Ink 49 (Summary) the next error is Ink 50 (Summary) the errors are consecutive up to Ink 1054 (summary). I have stripped the file of everything but the size is still too large to attach. the file size is 26713 KB so I am unable to attach. The only thing in the file are the Missing Alternative Text Errors. I am at a lose regarding how to rid this error.
