I run a real estate brokerage and need my ISA (Internal Sales Agent) spreadsheet to total for the month to calculate the payout for the ISA plus also total for each agent appointment as well to track that agents progress in converting the appointment into a sale. I have a sheet started in Google Docs that tracks the ISA's appointments but not the agent individual appointments for the month. Ideally, I would like this to add a space for a "closed" sale so we can track when the agent converts the lead We are interested in 2019 forward, not 2018 [login to view URL]
