Auto Email using Ms Outlook -- 2

I am marketing person.
I have an Excel file where I maintain Email addresses to send my Marketing on one sheet, and I have a seperate sheet where I maintain Bounced Emails.
I want an MACRO, which sends to 80 people from the list everyday. Once the email is sent to those 80, it should be marked and therefor should not be sent the next day. In my case I change the color of the emails I have sent too, and I identify and choose next 80 after that.
Now the body of the email will be predefined along with an attachment.
I use multiple email addresses to send my marketing emails. So I need to know if the MACRO can be edited so i can change over the time.
This execution should be automatic, and emails should be sent everyday at 5pm.
