I would need to automate the reporting that I have created manually and I would like assistance to do this.
Attached you can find the report (named [login to view URL]) that I created manually from a series of reports.
Also attached files called:
PO - Agent Ticket Activity
PO - Agent Ticket Activity (1)
PO - Agent Ticket Activity (2)
PO - Agent Ticket Activity (3)
These are for the daily activity for tickets, I can also get this file by week.
Another file attached is one called [login to view URL] that are the calls received weekly.
First issue is that the name of same people is not on the same format on the reports, for example: Bethan Price is Price, Bethan (100038) and so on.
The values that I am after are:
% of serviced calls
SUM Public + Private Comments
# Tickets Solved
Then I do a weekly ranking and then I do a year to date ranking.
If you need more information from my side please let me know but I would like to automate this via VBA or any other suggestion that you may have.
