As the manager of an automotive service department in California, I’m seeking a skilled Excel professional to create a tracking spreadsheet for dispatching repair orders to our technicians. Key features of this spreadsheet should include:
- Multi-user capability: The spreadsheet should be shareable via OneDrive with a small group of trusted colleagues having editing access.
- Color-coded alerts: Specific cells should change color after a predetermined time based on data entered.
The data points I need to track include: Customer Name, Year, Model, RO#, Tag#, Diag Hours, Alert 1, Job Hours, Alert 2, Promise time, Dispatch Time, Work Description, and Disposition. There will need to be a seperate setup page to list all technicians so that column will have a drop down of Techs by employee number.
