I am looking to build a customer database in access. I am not fluent in access, but believe this to be a relatively simple project for someone who is. Currently I have a shell built in excel (snip of the layout and fields attached below), but would like to move it to Access. Ideally, the database would be fully accessible by my entire team, with certain sections (eg. historic revenue/customer) restricted to certain individuals. We currently have 83 customers. Example sections of the database: Implementation details, contract details, historic revenue, and a people section within each customer for primary points of contact for different roles. Right now there are ~50 discreet fields for each customer, but many are Y/N, or email, or from a drop down list. I do not need the developer to enter the raw data (although importing the customer names from the excel file would be great.) Would like to see examples of access databases built prior to moving forward. I can also explain more about the database in a quick 5 minute call and screen share to see if this is the right project for you. Thanks! -Nick

Hello! Well, I think this is a straight-forward project with usual requests - user login, user access permissions, database to be shared in the local network, data to be protected, fully customized user interface. I've worked on many similar projects before and, unless there is something really special and I do not see from the description, this should go smooth and should be completed quite fast.
