Job Description:
Data Entry for An Correspondence Log:
I have 500 pcs letters from the Consultant to the Contractor and 500 pcs letters from the contractor to the Consultant as correspondence documents of our project. There is an excel log file for the correspondence documents. I need to get 8 parameters from each letter to fill the log file. 5 parameters are completed for approximately the first 300 letters of both parties (2*300).
Job Specifications:
1) Lowest price of the suitable candidate will be winner bid, where a suitable statement means similar works or candidates from the construction area
2) Confidentiality agreement is required, deformed/redacted files can be used within the portfolio of the candidate. Attachments are redacted samples only and just similar to the original ones. The original files will be shared with the winner at the beginning of the job.
3) This project requires working with special characters (letters), and candidates need to be sensitive to transfer statements to log file as it is (ie. keeping "çarşı" word as original).
