The Quality Specialist will assist quality management in a number of task many of which include data entry. This person will manage and maintain the process surrounding finished good retention, they will be responsible to update an electronic log to track batch cycle time, and Create certificate of Analysis upon request. In addition this position will support the incoming QA Inspectors on inspecting incoming components to insure they conform to Company standards and specifications.
1. The Data Entry Specialist selected will ideally have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
2. The Data Entry Specialist selected should have strong attention to detail and will be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders.
Prepare and sort documents and interpret data that needs to be entered
Contact prepares of documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data
Compare data entered with source documents or re-enter data in verification format
Preform patient level benefit verification as applicable for all major medical and pharmacy benefit
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Other duties as assigned.
