I have a large Excel spreadsheet containing more than 40,000 property records. The data fields include things like: property type (residential versus commercial), property subtype (condo, town house, etc.), property address, owner's mailing address, date of last sale, dollar value of last sale.
I want to be able to isolate clusters of records which have common characteristics using selection criteria. For example - residential properties, condos, most recent sale date within a given date range.
I want to be able to easily export each cluster so that I can analyze a given cluster and then create mailing labels for direct mail purposes.
