Need assistance compiling pay data in specified format for EEO-1 reporting. 2017 and 2018.
Employers with 100 or more employees are required to report Component 2 EEO-1 Compensation Data for 2017 and 2018 by September 30, 2019. If employers have multiple establishments, this compensation data form needs to be completed for the employer in total, the headquarters, and each establishment with more than 50 employees. When an employer has establishments with 50 or fewer employees, the employer may choose to report compensation data in this detailed form, or report establishments with 50 or fewer employees in a list format.
Employers are required to report on all full- and part-time employees working during the workforce snapshot period. Compensation data includes the number of employees and the hours worked by gender, race/ethnicity, job category, and salary.
