Excel Flightpath for Student Data -- 2

I want to create something similar to a flightpath for students. So a PDF is create with each of the students individual subjects and flight paths. As a department you can look at each subject or each class and there flight path for students to see whos underperforming. See the example.

I've created the dummy spreadsheet in the attached. I've done all the calculations all I need is:
1) Print student charts individually - this should be done using student data for per subject. So somehow feed through the data to a seperate sheet and input the data into the chart automatically.
2) Print all student charts seperate sheets per student
3) Print charts for per subject
