We are in need of an online form to judge a series of groups on their various pitches (think shark tank here) and we have a series of judges who will judge the groups based on a series of criteria (example attached). Each judge will give a score (from 1 - 10) for each group. The group should come from a drop down of some type (could be a # or a name) The fields will be either drop down (list of 5 items), a number or just open text. There will be approximately 10 fields per form. Must have a calculation that could weigh a field better in spreadsheet - example presentation skills are worth 2x everything else. Spreadsheet should be able to calculate a final number - weighed score for each question. Example: Joe's Ice Cream shack scored 92 out of 120 possible (some are weighted) An example is attached. Since the judges will take notes on Paper and then enter their information, they should be able to go back to a group and change a score. Simple is best, must be something they can use on Mobile - (Hence Google Forms or Jotform - prefer google forms)
