Key Responsibilities: - Transcribing handwritten notes into Excel spreadsheets. - Accurately and efficiently entering data from digital documents into our database. - Proofreading and editing typed documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting. - Following our company's specific style guide and formats. - Meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient typing speed of at least 60 words per minute. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Prior experience with data entry or similar tasks. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication skills.
