This is for a Year Level at a school. A small group of teachers.
Create an interactive Marking Guide
You will be given data-base where the headers are SUBJECT, YEAR LEVEL, CRITERIA.
You will create an interface that filters down the choices.
Choose a subject or more, then a year level or more, and then criteria sentence or more (up to 8).
You then drop a class list from excel to the interface. STUDENT NUMBER, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME,
Input an Assessment Name
It will then generate a new interactive report.
This report will have the students name, and number.
In addition, it will have the list of CRITERIA sentences chosen, and A, B, C, D, E or N (as interactive button choices) next to each sentence.
A teacher can then select A, B, C, D, E or N for each sentence (criteria)
Then you can choose Save (there is also NEXT and PREV) to go through reports.
Once saved, It will then go to the next student on the list, until the class is finished.
A report that shows student name and average at end. (using A-E as 5-1 N as 0).
The class list, with the title of the assessment, with their grade from each CRITERIA sentence is saved on a separate report that is saved automatically as an excel spreadsheet (perhaps POWERAPPS) as I need or something else that can read directly in POWER BI.
The goal is to track how well students went in each CRITERIA.
I would then love it to allow multiple assessments for each subject / child.
It would then track improvement for each criteria for the child, the class, and even the year level by combining them.
I can create a Powerbi to run the reports and show progress as a class in terms of average, and specific criteria that we need to focus on, but need someone to create an interface, that generates the MARKING GUIDE, and saves the collation of reports.
