FREELANCER: Virtual Administrative Assistant for Advertising Agency Project based work, sporadic (ranging from 15 hrs/wk to 2 hrs/wk to nothing for weeks) Admin Asst - compiling advertising campaign proof of performance decks (i.e. online screenshots, billboard photos, digital performance reports (part data entry / part basic design so presentation-worthy) Data Entry - digital performance reports in Excel (keen attention to detail required); knowledge of formulas and pivot tables Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Mac preferred Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Google Maps (outdoor billboard mapping using billboard latitudes and longitudes), Google Earth (finding physical billboards within a certain radius of client locations) — Digital Ad Serving platforms Sizmek and/or Double-Click a plus Important traits: Keen attention to detail Good with data entry Basic design sense and capability to make docs/maps/presentations look great Technically savvy Flexible
