Microsoft Excel - MACRO or VB/VBA - help to EXTRACT rows from data

I have data…sometimes 100’s, sometimes 1,000’s of “rows” – data is typically from Indeed.com.
Of this data, I need help with a solution that allows me to EXTRACT entire ROWS…
Then I need to DELETE entire ROWS from remaining records/lines
All from the Source Data, and put into another SHEET in the same WORKBOOK.
I would need to do 2X…2 steps involved, after I assemble all the data into first SHEET of Excel Workbook File.
First, Job Title (extract from large sheet/records, put into new sheet/records) filtered by “title” keywords
Second, Employer, filtering “Employer” names – and DELETING their entire ROW/RECORD from the data
AGAIN:
I will have 100’s or 1,000’s of rows/records of [login to view URL] Job Postings/Listings
FIRST:
Of the 100’s or 1,000s:
I want to EXTRACT entire rows WITH/CONTAINING specific key words in the job titles, like:
Administrator
Client
Customer
Network
Systems
Technology
And more ( I will have/create a list – it will require adjustments/additions )
Get all those records/rows, into another SHEET – different/separate than original (still keep for reference)
SECOND:
Of the records EXTRACTED into the separate SHEET…
Then I want to DELETE entire row(s) with “specific” employer names, such as:
Amazon
Boeing
Oracle
Microsoft
Starbucks
And more ( I will have/create a list – it will require adjustments/additions )
FINALLY
I would then have a SHEET…
With SPECIFIC JOB KEY WORDS/TITLES and no SPECIFIC COMPANIES included (to be deleted)
