I need an excel expert

I have a list of 400,000 companies but currently narrowed it down to 140,000 companies that are in an Excel spreadsheet (attached here). I am looking for a data entry expert to locate the website URL for each company on the list and enter that directly into a newly created adjacent field using SEO software and API.
We require someone that is able to work on this immediately and return the completed spreadsheet in the next 24/36 hours with around a 90% accuracy on success.
Highly desirable to add the field "staff numbers" within the company as I wish to delete any companies under 25 staff pending sector.
If this is done effectively and quickly I will get the rest of the list (a further 260k) done to.
To simplify I have removed all the other fields from the uploaded [login to view URL] (address, sector etc.) so it is important it can be copied as it is directly into the main source, if you wish to have the original uploaded with all fields so you can custom sort then please let me know.
