I need to re-organise an existing spreadsheet (about < 2000 lines) that consists of business contacts with personal information. Sheet will be shared with you via Google Sheets OR offline Excel spreadsheet.
You will need access to Google Sheets or Excel available on your computer.
This spreadsheet will be used as a database for company supplier/client contact directory, as well as mailing list. The companies will need to be researched and classified into categories. I will provide you with the details for the column headers and major categories. More details on the specifics can be provided on appointment of the job.
The person I am looking for will be able to be keep confidentiality since data and contact information will be shared. Excellent organisation skills and CRM management preferred.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge with Excel functions greatly preferred.
High attention to detail - I have duplicates and missing information. Your expertise and input in this process will greatly help.
The ability to complete with high accuracy, integrity and honesty is important.
