I'm an Italian entrepreneur, my company rents rooms for students. Actually we rent big apartments, we make renovations and put new forniture and all the services and then we subrent the single rooms. I'm looking for someone who can help me to improve our file that I made to control Cash flow, economics and also operations activities of our company.
Attached is the current file.
I would like to have 3 main dashboards with graphs and data:
- Financial (Cash flow control by categories, projections, etc..)
- Economics (Account Statemente, balance, etc..)
- Operations (room occupancy, Type and stats on contracts, break even point)
It's not a single simple file, we know that, but it's a project and I'm looking for someone who can help me make a performed file in order to have the control of everything starting from the insert of basic data by our employee who does data entry (DB transactions, DB contracts, DB apartments, etc..).
Please let me know if you can help me to develop such tool and what kind of information I can share with you after your first evaluation.
