Excel workbook - works ok but needs to be able to be printed with standard format and check links so they don't break.
The sheet was done but not completed. It needs the final touches.
What it is is taking a basic csv file of lab results and converting it into something useful.
At present we can into a data section, this uses macros to change it convert it into a sheet that can be printed - this sheet uses ranges to say whether it is high or low. We then examine this to give some recommendations and then using a drop down sheet we then add some comments.
The colours on the results page are too bright - there are some cells that aren't linked properly (just the paddock name and the property name (customer name) in the header (set at Dorrington at the moment), when i select the from the dropdown box in the recommendations it adds these and if i want to write something different i do this in the centre column. This is OK but when i use the format button it doesn't seem to print in the same type or size. It all just needs a tidy up and checking.
f you import the lines of data from the CSV lab results into the Data page of the spreadsheet you will then see the results in the Analysis results. This is fine other than the colour being too bright and the two heading issues i mentioned (sample reference and the Dorrington in the header)
The second page is where all the links are that need fixing. Firstly change the order so that the comments are first and recommendations are second - recommendations only need a small amount of room. Comments work by drop down box - firstly we choose a heading pH/Calcium from the dropdown box. and then in the second row the dropdown box gives the comments that we usually use to explain what is needed with the nutrient from the first list. If this doesn't say what we want we then use the third column to comment with what we want. If there are several comments that we need we have to choose the first drop box heading and then again the second. Once this is complete we then use the Add Visual Format button on the Button sheet and it formats the result page. This doesn't change the typeface or the size to the same so we can read it properly - an it is where there are problems if it is not done exactly as required. Finally there are multiple results where we would only need three at the most. See what you can d0.
