Who is Meeting Hub
Meeting Hub is an online, cloud-based, white label, SaaS platform designed for use by Serviced Office & Executive Offices & Training room providers, Local Government (community spaces), Legal Chambers (Mediation Rooms), Therapists or anyone who needs to take bookings for “spaces” online via their website.
Our software can be branded as the organization (white labelled) and allows the organization to sell their own meeting, conference & training rooms or any bookable space online 24 x 7 directly from the organization's own website with a simple ‘Book Now’ button which when clicked, launches the Meeting Hub application and guides the hirer through the booking journey so they can “Search, Select, Book, Pay” all in one seamless transaction.
We have various plans to suit all organization's needs from a Free Plan with the basic features they need, right up to Enterprise plans with more complex features ideal for Corporate or Govt use, all available on a flexible month-to-month agreement with no lock-in contract.
For Credit Card payments, our software is powered by Stripe which supports payments in over 135 currencies worldwide and we are an approved Government supplier.
Our customers can literally be up and running within minutes of signing up with Meeting Hub and all our plans include support via phone, email and access to an extensive online knowledge base.
What we need
We need to refresh our existing explainer video to ensure that it clearly communicates what Meeting Hub does, and the benefits of using Meeting Hub.
The key messages we want to get across in the video are:
• Ease of use for internal staff (the organization), and their customers or hirers
• Ease of implementation & integration with their existing website
• Improve their end customer experience when booking their spaces
• Increasing their revenue and space utilization/occupancy
• Reducing the admin overhead associated with managing bookings manually
The explainer video will be hosted on our YouTube Channel and embedded in our website under the current “How it works” landing page: [login to view URL]

Notes re existing video:
a. The voiceover seems a little robotic;
b. The American accent is not our target audience;
c. Would prefer an Australian or British accent, if possible, with clear articulation;
d. The animations are outdated and do not showcase actual screenshots of our application;
e. The animation doesn’t convey the key messages outlined above;

f. In the video, it advises “We are not a broker” we don’t think this is relevant any more and is no longer required.
When responding your bid should include the total project cost including any 3rd party costs E.g voice-overs.
