Social media Ad manager

We are a distributor of craft, luxury alcoholic beverages in Australia - We import brands to Australia and develop their awareness onto the market. We sell the brands via our sister company via our shop and recently now online to Australian consumers only.
We need someone to set up ad campaigns and publish regular sponsored posts on social media (facebook and instagram).
Deliverables:
- Ensure our FB and Instagram are properly set up.
- Set up Campaign strategies (Audience targeting, ad creative, copy and media spend split)
- Create content (most of the content is developed by the brands that we distribute and will be provided but it might need to be tweaked and leveraged so it is in the right format for the campaign so we have at the following for each campaign: 1 x 15 second 4:5 format video, 1 x 15 second 9:16 format video (IG Story size) that are sized from same video above, 1 x 4:5 format static image, 1x 4:5 format ad carousel.
- Set-up and deploy Campaign
- Weekly campaign optimisations
- Weekly performance updates (email)
- Provide live reporting dashboard (if possible)
- Provide End of month insights and recommendations
We will pick the brand(s) to push each month together and I will provide the media spend. We would like you to run a first campaign and if successful, you will become our media ad manager and you will run this on a monthly basis.
You will work closely with us and become part of our team.
Therefore, we need someone that is a native English speaker or is totally fluent in English.
