We are a fast-growing, ambitious company that has achieved so much already, but knows there is still so much more opportunity to go after, which is why I am building out a high-performing personal branding team, to support me in building my audience & delivering our message across my social platforms.
The Role
As the Social Media Operations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the CEO's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). You’ll focus on ensuring smooth workflows, tracking performance, and supporting daily social media tasks. Working closely with the CEO, marketing team, and content teams you will support the overall execution of the CEO’s content strategy.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring posts are timely and aligned with the CEO’s content strategy.
Project Management: Own and track all social media tasks on behalf of the CEO, report on progress and ensure the timely delivery and execution of social media tasks across the board including editing, scheduling, scripting and content production.
Collaborative Communication: Coordinate between the CEO, marketing, and content teams to streamline content production and ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time.
Content Management: Ensure you have a clear brief which is communicated to the CEO regarding all content required from him, so as the CEO can deliver all social media assets necessary, in line with the agreed social posting schedule.
Community Management: Engage with Shan's online community, respond to comments, messages and enquiries across all social channels.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse social metrics across all platformLinks, providing regular reports on content performance, audience growth and overall engagement.
Admin Support: Handle various administrative tasks associated with the CEO’s social media, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across teams.
