I have a FB app that when visitors allow it, their basic data is recorded in the app admin area.
I want programer to add extra functions to the app to make it work as described below:
1. When visitors allow the app, it will record the visitors basic data in the admin area as usual, but the app will also send the visitors name and emal to another form on a pre-defined landing page for submission as if the visitors submitted the form on the page themselves.
2. While the app is sending the name and email to the form, the app will fake the referrer where the visitors came from before submitting the form so that it will show that the visitors came from another website to that form before submission.
For example, in the admin area of the app, I will add the url of the landing page that has the form where I want the visitor name and email to be submitted to. I call this WEBSITE A.
Because I don't want to show that the form content was submitted from FB app, I will put another website url in the admin area of the app to show that the visitors came from there (referrer website) to submit the form and I call that WEBSITE B.
The referrer must not leak. No software should be strong enough to detect the real referrer. The pre-defined url must always be seen as the referrer under any situation.
How it works.
When visitors allow the FB app, their basic details are sent to the app admin area (already active) and names and emails are submitted through the form on WEBSITE A.
WEBSITE A admin tracking system will see that visitors came from WEBSITE B to submit forms on WEBSITE A.
I will give you the existing FB app to modify and you will add the 2 features to it to make the app
1. Pass the name and email to Website A (there must be a place in the app settings to put website A url).
2. Pass Website B url as referrer so that Website A admin tracking system will see Website B as the referring website (there must be a place in the app settings to put website B url).
