Field Sales Representative for Consumer Goods

My consumer-goods line is entering new neighbourhood stores and I need a motivated field sales representative who can spend the day on the road meeting shop owners, presenting samples, and closing orders on the spot. This is a strictly in-person role—no in-store counter work and no remote calling—so confidence in face-to-face negotiation is essential. You will master our product catalogue first, then use that knowledge to persuade retailers, mini-markets, and kiosks to stock the range. Strong negotiation skills are non-negotiable; most orders hinge on your ability to handle price objections and secure favourable shelf space. Deliverables • A weekly visit plan mapping target outlets • Daily sell-in numbers logged in the CRM I provide • End-of-week summary of wins, objections, and competitor activity Success is measured by new account openings and repeat purchase volume over the first month.
