Mumbai Field Sales Freelancers

I need a small team of energetic freelance sales professionals—both women and men—who are already based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. The assignment is straightforward: represent my brand in person, convert walk-ups and warm leads into paying customers, and send me concise end-of-day updates so I can track progress in real time. The product is Ready To Eat Chicken products for gym goers and sports persons. We produce high quality boiled Chicken breast with minimal fats and high proteins. The shelf life for the same is 30 days. • Spend the day on-site at malls, housing societies, pop-up kiosks, or any other high-footfall locations I secure. • Approach prospects confidently, give a quick yet compelling pitch, answer questions, and guide them through the purchase. • Record each interaction in the simple mobile CRM I provide and flag any hot leads that may need a follow-up visit. Daily deliverables I expect 1. Minimum sales target (shared before each shift). 2. Brief call or WhatsApp report summarising footfall, conversions, and common objections. You choose the dates you’re available, and I’ll align you with the relevant campaign. If you already have field-sales experience that’s great, but attitude and communication skills matter more to me than your exact résumé. Fluent Marathi, Hindi, and basic English will make your job easier. Bring your own smartphone; I’ll supply the branding material, product training, and on-ground supervision.
