Job Title: Field Marketing & Restaurant Onboarding Representative (DineOS POS) About DineOS DineOS is a modern restaurant POS system designed to help restaurants, cafés, bars, and clubs manage orders, billing, inventory, and operations smoothly. We are expanding our presence and looking for motivated field representatives to onboard restaurants onto our platform. Role Overview We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive / Business Development Representative who will physically visit restaurants, cafés, bars, and clubs, introduce them to DineOS, demonstrate its value, and convince them to onboard our POS system. This is a performancebased, commissionfriendly role suitable for freelancers, gig workers, or independent sales professionals. Key Responsibilities You will be expected to: Visit restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, cloud kitchens, and clubs in your city Pitch DineOS POS in person to restaurant owners, managers, or decisionmakers Explain key benefits such as: Easy billing Order management Inventory tracking Reports & analytics Faster service Collect basic details of interested restaurants Follow up with leads until onboarding is completed Close deals and ensure successful signup Maintain a simple daily report of visits and leads Who Should Apply You are a good fit if you: Have experience in field sales, B2B sales, or restaurant outreach Are comfortable talking to business owners Can work independently without constant supervision Have good communication skills in Hindi+Marathi+English language Are willing to travel locally Are resultsdriven and not shy about persuasion Previous experience selling: POS systems SaaS tools QR menus Payment systems Food delivery partnerships Restaurant software Earnings Structure (Flexible Options) You can choose one of the following: Option 1 – Pure Commission ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per successful restaurant onboarding More deals = more income No cap on earnings Option 2 – Fixed + Commission Small monthly retainer (negotiable) Commission per onboarding Option 3 – PerVisit Model Fixed pay per day of field visits Bonus for every confirmed onboarding (We are open to discussing what works best for you.) Expected Output We expect at least: 15-20 restaurant visits per week Minimum 8-10 serious leads per week At least 10-12 successful onboardings per month (initial target) Top performers will be rewarded with: Higher commission Team lead role Longterm contract Tools Provided by DineOS We will provide: Pitch deck Demo access Brochure / flyer Call script Training on how to sell DineOS You just focus on convincing and closing.
