The biggest risk with dual-portal projects like this is design drift, where the admin side quietly becomes a different product because it gets less love during reviews. I'll structure the Figma file so both portals pull from one shared component library from day one, making inconsistency almost impossible. I'll start with flow diagrams for the critical journeys (CSV upload through campaign analytics, plus admin account monitoring), move into low-fi wireframes for alignment, then build out high-fi screens with a token-based design system your engineers can inspect and extract variables from directly.
