5160 Flash video player set up

I need help to set up a Flash video player on my site. The site currently uses a remote hosted Flash player and the video clips are also remotely hosted. See: [url removed, login to view] Instead of a remote Flash player I want to use a local Flash player which is hosted on my own server so that it can be customized. The Flash player will play the same remote clips. I don't know the exact url of these clips. I don't need a fancy (=expensive) player. The current player would be OK if the logo is removed. The player should have buffering because the download speed of the remote clips is unpredictable.
