You posted a bid on this project when I posted it a couple of weeks ago. The old project was cancelled before I could select a winning bid. If you are still interested in this project, please place your bid (it was $1000 in 5 days last time) and I will select it so we can get started.
I need a flash program on our website to capture and record video from a users webcam and save to the web server. The functionality of the program is pretty much identical to the way that it works on YouTube.
1. User clicks to start recording. The user can record a maximum of one minute of video. As they are recording their video there will be an on-screen countdown timer counting down the one minute.
2. When the user stops recording, or the one minute is up, the user can playback their video and then decide to save it or re-record it.
3. When the user decides to save the video it must be saved on the webserver. The details of the video will be stored in a cookie on the user's browser and then the user will be redirected to a new webpage.
I would like the server software to be based on Red5 if possible.
With your bid please provide examples / demos of similar projects you have worked on.
