Need two website banners.

You ever have so much work with other clients that you don't have time for your own? Well I'm in this state right now - so backed up with clients and I need to get some professional banner designed for my own site. The website is [url removed, login to view] and I need one of two web banners.

I will pay upon approval of designs and I will require the source file (ai, eps, psd, ect) for later use should something change or I need to use on another medium. I see the process like this - you design and submit jpg for approval - I request changes or I accept and pay - you submit final copies/versions.

It isn't that I can't do this on my own however I just seem to be lacking time to really make a good design - so I'm asking my fellow freelances if they would like to do this for me.

Samples will be required before approving any bid.
