Flash Intro

I just need a quick flash intro, using an already made image. The image is a lightning bolt hitting a tree.

What I need is the lightning bolt taken out, and the intro to make it like a stormy night, the clouds moving across then the bolt of lightning hits the thunder sounds, and then it transfer to the main page. So I guess I need someone good with image editing and flash design.

Attached it a scanned image, I'm getting the High Res image soon. Just wanted to attach it to give an idea.
