Project overview: The Flash-based virtual memorial will provide users the ability to “nominate” loved ones as either breast cancer victims, survivors or currently battling the disease by submitting their name, state and age (optional). A “Tribute Tree” memorial has been selected to visually represent the strength and femininity associated with the fight against breast cancer. Once a person had been submitted to the memorial, the person's name and information would appear on leaves colored various shades of pink. At any given time, a section of branches with their leaves would be displayed in the Flash movie, and individual leaves would enlarge upon rollover of the mouse. There would be arrows inviting people to “browse” other sections of the tree, in addition to the search function to find a specific person. Agency to provide .fla files to flash developer, with all artwork, animations, interface layouts and navigation already in place + fonts. Tribute Tree Actionscript functionality: 1.
