Remake a 15 minute Camtasia web video using Adobe Flash

I have made a 15 minute sales letter video using Camtasia and Power Point. I now want this video remade using adobe flash so the text renders nicely (instead of being a jpg image export from a power point slide) and is easy to edit for split testing purposes later. [login to view URL] I also want to change the font to a nice font like this video screen shot has in the lower section: [login to view URL] I also want some nice transitions on about 10 of the slides as you see fit. Eg. Text slide in or curl in. The video and audio should look and sound better or at least as good as it does currently. The text on screen must synchronize with the audio as it does currently. The thin black line that is currently showing on top of the video should be removed. The text must have a capital letter at the start of each word. (just like it does currently) I will provide you with: -the script text. MS word file. -the Camtasia file and all the images audio and videos that make up the current sales video. You will be required to: -Remake the video and provide me with a file that I can edit in Adobe flash easily to change text and transitions etc. ie the text is actually text not images. -Provide A web video file (flv, or mp4 etc) less then 10.5 mb in file size. The new video must auto play in all major browsers including IE 6,7,8 firefox, chrome and Safari. The video buy now button link at the end must show and stay there when the video ends for users to click. (just like it does currently). -Provide me with - Three html pages with the new flash video embedded in each. 1) with no play controls 2) with a pause button and 3) with play controls that appear upon mouse over. -Provide me with the settings you chose when exporting the video from flash so I can achieve the same result when making changes later. If you have a different program like swishmax that you would prefer to make the new video with let me know and I will consider it. I don’t want it made with a video editing program though, as these output frames per second instead of vector based text and the file size is bigger.
