Convert HTML site to FLASH using TemplateMonster Template Package

I have a template montster html website almost completely built. I need the main graphic to be changed--would like at least 3 different graphics to choose from that relate more closely to our business.
Then, I need to have you take the html files and convert them over to the Flash version of the templates. Pretty straightforward. Prefer contractor who is fluent in English and who can converse easily via email.
I am willing to pay a maximum of $300 for the conversion of files to Flash and another $100 for the graphic alternatives.
You will be asked to submit a confidentiality agreement stating that
1) you agree never to contact my clients directly or indirectly,
2) you agree never to publish my clients URL in your design portfolio and,
3) you agree not to copy templates or client files for any purpose other than for your work with me on the specific project.
Here is a screenshot of the template, #9817. As I described, the first order of business is changing the main "gear" graphic to something the same size/color and style, but more suitable to the client who is a book distributor. Once I have several different graphic choices, I will present them to the client and if one is selected, you will be paid $100. Then, we move on to the flash version. As I said, the html version is just about finished. When it is, I will provide you with an ftp password to access both the html and the flash files. Using the html site as a guide, you will make the flash version identical. When that is complete and the site launches, I will pay the balance of the accepted bid.
I am NOT interested in a rush job. It is much more important to me that you take your time and that the work is high quality.
