Creative Experienced Graphics Designer Needed

I am looking for creative and experienced graphics designer to create unique and original site designs/templates. You will not have to cut them into HTML as I can handle that on my side. I'll just need PSD files from you. Looking for all original work and no template monster rip offs - unless requested. Designs will be of different styles like edgy, classy, business, model portfolios and other. Please bid on what you charge per template design. Remember no cutting is involved and this will be ongoing relationship with 2-5 sites a week. Also a quick turn around time is a must - that is 1 to 2 days for initial proof and another day or so for changes. Please submit link to your work/portfolio.
