177420 Custom Home Builder Template

I have a custom home builder that builds and remodels custom homes, I cant find the right template, prefer a flash header only someone could edit for me, the body I would create or rework in html. just flash for the header really is what I would use. please. I have looked at a lot of templates but they are either, too bland and basic, guy with tools in hand type or they are too industrial with cranes and skyscraapers, etc. Got anything?
