Flash Designers wanted to create flash site templates

Designer needed to design and build high quality full flash websites based loosely around the theme of electronic music, think Hi-tech/Science Fiction Grunge/Dirty/Distorted. Must be unique and innovative designs aimed at electronic musicians.
The flash sites will need to include 8 buttons, with animated transitions between sections, must be very high quality and of a similar depth and style to the following sites:

All Source files are to be supplied to us, as we will need to add some of our own code. There will also need to be a space for us to an audio player. Button click sounds and rollover sounds must be included.
Once supplied to us we will sell the sites on as templates, so we need full exclusive rights of any designs, images/fonts/sounds used, and all templates must be custom made for us from scratch.
Please quote for one initial site, which will be approved by us as a static JPEG mockup before flash construction. If we find the right designer there will be dozens more to be done immediately. Delivery of the first within one month of accepting.
A link to a portfolio of existing quality flash sites is essential.
