320969 Flash splash screen for web

I need a high-end, exceptional flash motion graphic for page one of a web design company site. The flash image must look like this in style: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] No music is needed though. You must find a great picture of Austin Texas skyline online at 123rf, istockphoto, dreamstimes, photolia or similar site (photos must be under $35). If you need other photos just let me know. I will license the photo, send me the link and URL. I have photos of a hawk. Then you must edit the photo and composite clouds, stars, and a hawk flying overheard (small). The water in the river needs to move. The clouds must move. There must be some lights in the city changing color. You need to provide all source files so I can edit in Flash, photoshop, etc. You must provide a finished working, web-ready design. Design must be provided in these sizes 1024x768, 800x600, 640x480, 400x300, 512x384. Must be very colorful, expertly done, clean, and must loop properly. We WILL NOT ACCEPT poor quality designs.
