Graphic design transfer to html page!

I'm look to someone that can transfer my Photoshop design in html page. There are three pages only... header is flash and project is about adult type. No programming need, only insert html. Website is integration as affiliate program with other site, and I should design my own site and they insert their system in my design. This is very urgent! After that we have a bigger project… (10 - 15 pages) Best regards from Belgium, Filip
